My work is primarily informed by the following therapeutic approaches:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Somatic Therapy
Every person’s story, nervous system, and needs are different, which is why I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I thoughtfully integrate different modalities to create care that is tailored to each individual I work with. I may also draw from other approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), when they feel supportive of a client’s goals.
Using a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape their lives. Together, we focus on building greater self-understanding, developing compassion for oneself, and finding ways to move forward that feel more aligned with each person’s values and needs.
